With the UK’s music scene facing tough times this year, AIRSCREAM UK stepped up to give back to the community by creating a stage for up-and-coming artists to showcase their talents through the exciting Bay Beatz event recently.

We had an incredible lineup that lit up Lo Lounge from the very first beat. Fabian Dubz ignited the crowd, setting the tone for an epic day. Mista Bibs kept the energy soaring with his electrifying set.
Leading the charge were the veterans Fabio and Grooverider, who have been shaping the Drum & Bass genre for over 30 years. These Godfathers of Drum & Bass, our first choice for the project, loved the concept! They've launched stars like Chase & Status on their iconic BBC Radio 1 show and pioneered new sounds like 'Liquid Funk.' Honored as one of Mixmag's top 25 Greatest DJs and winners of DJ Mag's Outstanding Contribution to Music award, their influence is unmatched. With groundbreaking projects like 'The Prototype Years' and a recent collaboration with the Outlook Orchestra, they remain at the forefront of the scene. Fabio & Grooverider aren't just DJs; they're living legends who keep pushing Drum & Bass forward!
But the real showstopper of the night was Gardna. He is up and coming and is everywhere in the scene in 2024. His genre-defying, high-energy performance took the event to another level. With his unique blend of sound and lyricism and an amazing connection with the audience, Gardna’s set was unforgettable, leaving everyone at Lo Lounge buzzing!
Gardna, The Bristol-based artist who’s redefining genre norms with his electrifying shows, totally OWNED the stage! This MC-songwriter mixes up sounds from across the system spectrum to create a vibe that’s making waves from underground scenes to global stages. His resume is straight-up legendary: he’s hit over 30 festivals, including Glastonbury, Boomtown, Exit Festival, NASS, Boardmasters, and WE ARE Festival. He’s also set fire to top clubs like Printworks, Drumsheds, Motion, XOYO, and WAH Ibiza!
